HOW IT WORKS
Replenishment for JCPenney stores and distribution centers, including routing, planning, order status, and deductions. Documents: 850, 855, 860, 856, 810, 753, 754, 830, 852, 812, 820, 824, 816, 864, 870, 997. JCPenney Wholesale EDI →
Ship JCPenney.com customer orders from your warehouse, connected through CommerceHub. Documents: 850, 860, 846, 856, 812, 820, 180, 997. JCPenney.com Drop-Ship EDI →
JCPenney Wholesale uses a separate JCPenney identifier for nearly every document type and a non-standard element separator on invoices, ship notices, routing requests, and order status. We configure both. JCPenney.com drop-ship runs through CommerceHub with standard delimiters. Suppliers on both programs need both connections.
Tell us whether you ship to JCPenney stores and distribution centers, ship JCPenney.com customer orders, or both, and we’ll help you figure out exactly what it takes to get connected.
