At Tech85, Ryan spends most of his time talking directly with customers and prospects about where order management, EDI, retailer requirements, and disconnected workflows create friction — then figuring out whether Tech85 can make that process simpler and more reliable.

He joined Tech85 during a new chapter of the company’s growth, helping expand the reach of a business that has spent more than three decades quietly solving difficult retail integration problems.
